Essential Responsibilities:
* Responsible for responding to and managing all Internet sales leads;
* Check and respond to email and internet inquiries immediately;
* Research available vehicles and relevant products;
* Communicate effectively with Internet guests and prospects;
* Keep abreast of new features and available accessories, and translate their benefit to guests;
* Direct guests to product information resources;
* Maintain and update notes and information in a customer database;
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
* Develop career skills through regular training and instructions;
* Know, understand and abide by Federal, State and Local laws.
* Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
* Automotive sales experience is required;
* Automotive Internet Sales experience is preferred;
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet, and CRM;
* Outstanding negotiation skills;
* A valid and active driver’s license;
* Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Ability to work both individually and in a team environment;
* Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements;
* Flexible work schedule.
