This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL area

As Marketing Manager of MASA’s Supplemental Insurance Solutions, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing demand generation initiatives across multiple channels, helping drive qualified leads and support sales performance.
You’ll manage campaign execution across digital, direct mail, seminars, and partner programs while helping shape how campaigns come to life--from messaging and creative direction to lead flow and conversion. This role is ideal for a strong operator who enjoys working with data, optimizing performance, and continuously improving how marketing drives measurable results.
MASA is evolving into a multi-product organization, expanding beyond its core offerings to include supplemental insurance solutions such as final expense. You’ll be at the forefront of these growth initiatives, supporting how new products are brought to market and scaled across distribution channels.

What You Will Do
Reporting to our Sr. Director, Supplemental Insurance Solutions & Channels, your main responsibilities will include:
- Executing and optimizing marketing strategies and go-to-market plans across multiple sales channels.
- Managing marketing campaigns across digital, direct mail, seminar/event marketing, partner programs, and other lead generation channels.
- Supporting and improving lead management processes including intake, qualification, routing, and alignment with sales teams.
- Monitoring campaign performance metrics and contributing to budget tracking, optimization, and reporting across channels.
- Analyzing marketing performance data--including lead generation, RSVP rates, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness--to support optimization efforts.
- Providing input and feedback on marketing messaging, campaigns, and materials in collaboration with creative and compliance teams.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Three to five years of experience in marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or related functions.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, or customer engagement programs.
- Foundational understanding of marketing analytics, performance metrics, and attribution concepts, with the ability to learn and apply new tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, or digital advertising tools.
- Preferred: Experience in insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated sales environments, and/or experience supporting seminar-based, inside sales, or direct-to-consumer marketing programs.
