Kaizen Collision Center is looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping a fast-paced front office running smoothly. If you're someone who can juggle multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude, we'd love to meet you.
Our Phoenix location serves customers throughout Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, and surrounding Valley communities. With steady repair volume and a collaborative team, no two days are ever the same.
What You'll DoDeliver Outstanding Customer Service- Greet customers with professionalism, warmth, and empathy
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
- Explain the repair process and help customers understand what to expect
- Provide timely repair updates and communicate throughout the repair
- Create a welcoming, stress-free experience from drop-off to delivery
- Check in vehicles and verify customer information
- Capture vehicle photos and assist with documenting damage
- Maintain accurate repair files and customer records
- Assist with insurance paperwork and administrative documentation
- Help coordinate rental vehicle information when needed
- Process customer payments and finalize paperwork
- Update ARMS and other internal management systems
- Assist with reports, filing, and general office administration
- Support Accounts Receivable and daily office operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Previous customer service experience
- Automotive, collision repair, dealership, or insurance experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
