This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional who can think strategically, execute tactically, and operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple projects, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, supporting field-based commercial activities, and helping build the marketing infrastructure required to support a growing MedTech business.

This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, Service, and global stakeholders to ensure events, communications, and customer-facing materials are professional, compliant, consistent, and aligned with commercial objectives.

The position supports both U.S. and international stakeholders and may assist with sales activities and events associated with global expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Commercial Event Coordination
  • Lead coordination for small field events, customer programs, product demonstrations, VIP visits, surgeon engagement activities, and large trade shows.
  • Support planning and execution of field events and major annual conferences, including logistics, promotional activities, attendee coordination, vendor management, and post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with Sales and Clinical teams to align event planning with account strategy, customer engagement goals, and commercial priorities.
  • Manage pre-event and post-event communication campaigns to maximize customer engagement and commercial impact.
  • Track event outcomes, including leads generated, customer meetings completed, key follow-up actions, and event-related commercial opportunities.
  • Domestic travel to 1–3 annual trade shows or customer events for onsite support may be required.
  1. Sales Enablement Ownership
  • Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Clinical teams to ensure field representatives have current, approved, and effective sales tools.
  • Own the organization, version control, and distribution of approved sales and marketing collateral, including sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, videos, customer emails, demo materials, event assets, and other field tools.
  • Maintain a centralized library of approved marketing and sales materials to ensure field teams are using current and compliant content.
  • Support development of account-specific materials for customer meetings, trials, product demonstrations, executive presentations, proposals, and post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to understand field needs and help prioritize development of customer-facing tools that support pipeline progression.
  • Capture field feedback on sales tools, customer questions, objections, and messaging gaps to help improve future collateral and communications.
  1. External Communications and Digital Marketing
  • Support creation, implementation, and management of external communications, including marketing campaigns, social media content, website content, email campaigns, newsletters, event announcements, and digital marketing assets.
  • Draft, edit, proofread, and coordinate approval of customer-facing communications and marketing materials.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging framework, and visual identity across digital, print, event, and field communications.
  • Track digital campaign performance and provide regular summaries to Marketing leadership.
  • Support development of content calendars, campaign timelines, and communication plans for product, event, and commercial initiatives.

  1. Internal Communications and Executive Support
  • Support internal communications, including event recaps, marketing updates, executive summaries, commercial updates, newsletters, and cross-functional reports.
  • Assist with preparation of materials for leadership meetings, commercial reviews, global stakeholder updates, and business planning discussions.
  • Capture and summarize key milestones, customer feedback, event outcomes, marketing progress, and field insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Support communication between U.S. and global teams to ensure alignment on marketing activities, event planning, collateral needs, and commercial priorities.

Skills and prior experience to be successful in this role include:

  • Field marketing and sales enablement experience
  • Strong written communication, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Vendor management and budget coordination
  • Project management and timeline ownership

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in event coordination, marketing, communications, or marketing project management
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
