This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate FP&A Specialist based in Brazil.

We are looking for a Corporate FP&A Specialist to support strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and executive reporting.
In this role, you will transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for leadership teams.
You will own key reporting cycles, consolidate global performance information, and help shape planning and forecasting processes.
The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across regions while improving financial processes and reporting efficiency.
You will play an important role in strengthening business visibility, identifying performance drivers, and supporting sustainable growth.

Accountabilities:

The Corporate FP&A Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, executive reporting, and planning support to enable informed business decisions. The role requires strong ownership of reporting processes, collaboration with stakeholders, and continuous improvement of FP&A practices through the following responsibilities:

  • Own the monthly financial reporting cycle across global operations, consolidating results from multiple regions and entities.
  • Prepare and maintain executive reporting packages with clear financial and operational performance insights.
  • Analyze Actuals vs. Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year results, identifying key drivers and translating variances into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial reports and KPI metrics.
  • Manage quarterly cohort reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery and reliable analysis.
  • Consolidate performance information across different geographies and business units to provide a comprehensive company view.
  • Coordinate reporting calendars, ensuring timely stakeholder inputs and proactively managing potential risks.
  • Partner with functional leaders to consolidate variance explanations into clear executive narratives.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting cycles, and long-term strategic planning processes.
  • Act as a trusted partner for leadership teams regarding financial performance, reporting, and business metrics.
  • Improve reporting processes, templates, and dashboards through automation and standardization.
  • Explore AI-driven approaches for executive reporting and variance analysis to improve how financial processes are performed.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a finance professional with strong FP&A experience, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.

  • Experience working in global, multi-entity, and multi-currency organizations with consolidated reporting structures.
  • Experience preparing executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven experience improving recurring reporting processes through automation and standardization.
  • Experience with FP&A planning platforms such as Pigment, as well as tools like NetSuite and Looker, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory and will be evaluated during the hiring process.
  • Ability to challenge existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute strategically to business decisions.
