General Role Description
Bridgeway Academy is seeking a student focused Academic Advisor to support families through a personalized learning experience. The Advisor builds strong relationships, guides course planning, and ensures each student thrives academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and provide ongoing advising to students and families.
- Build trusted relationships and guide individualized course planning and goal setting.
- Maintain communication, record-keeping, and exemplary service aligned with Bridgeway’s Standards of Excellence.
- Partner with caregivers as co-educators and contribute to enrollment and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including NCAA and accreditation standards.
- 1+ year in academic advising, homeschool support, educational counseling, or related fields.
- Required clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and State.
- Online learning experience preferred.
- You must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Virginia.
