As a Sr Solution Architect, you will be responsible for architecting, presenting, and supporting advanced technology solutions while partnering with customers and internal teams to drive successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and deliver complex VMware and modern infrastructure solutions based on customer requirements, technical assessments, sizing exercises, and documented architecture practices.
• Act as a technical consultant throughout the sales lifecycle, helping customers align technology strategies with business objectives.
• Develop solution designs leveraging virtualization, cloud, storage, networking, security, and infrastructure technologies.
• Create and present technical proposals, demonstrations, and solution strategies that clearly communicate business value.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, expand existing relationships, and support new customer engagements.
• Build and maintain reference architectures, technical documentation, and service offerings that support scalable solution delivery.
• Contribute to the development of professional and managed services by identifying market needs and emerging technology opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with technology partners and stay current on industry trends, certifications, and evolving infrastructure solutions.
• Support customer-facing implementations and professional services engagements when required, either independently or as part of a technical team.
• Assist leadership teams in evaluating new technologies and creating competitive, market-aligned solution strategies.

The ideal candidate is an experienced solutions architect with strong VMware expertise, advanced technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business audiences. Required qualifications include:

• VMware Cloud Foundation 9 Architect VCP OR VCF 9 Administrator certification, along with VCF 9 Proven Professional (Architecture or Implementation track) OR VCF 9 Certified Expert certification required.
• Advanced experience designing and delivering VMware-based infrastructure solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of routing and switching architectures, storage platforms, virtualization technologies, and converged infrastructure concepts.
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing solution selling, technical consulting, presentations, and business development activities.
• Experience creating technology strategies that align technical solutions with customer business goals.
• Strong knowledge across infrastructure domains including compute, storage, networking, security, virtualization, containers, multi-cloud, PaaS, modern applications, collaboration platforms, and end-user computing.
• Ability to assess complex customer environments and recommend right-fit technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer engagements effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across sales, engineering, product, and partner teams.
• Integrity, accountability, and a customer-focused approach to solving business and technical challenges.
• Advanced VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0 Certification (VCAP) in Storage and/or Networking is preferred.
