SQL Developer - Home Office Temporary Pool in Lansing, Michigan at Michigan Farm Bureau

• Work with business and other BI / Report / Analytics units to write queries, create SSRS reports and/or dashboards in Tableau and Power BI. Validate results against requirement deliverables for accuracy.
• Manage report definitions and stored procedures within source code control and software development life cycle.
• Troubleshoot data issues/bugs within reports/queries to identify root cause and apply appropriate fixes.

Required:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, computer information systems, or data analytics or enrolled at a college or university working toward the degree.
• Knowledge and understanding of database concepts and designs.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL server and T- SQL required.
• Proven track record as an excellent team player.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Experience working with PowerShell and Git.
• Experience working with insurance data.

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 (Depending on experience and skill set.)

Note: This is a hybrid position working in the Farm Bureau Home Office located in Lansing, Michigan, and remotely
