Due to continued growth, we're looking for a motivated, professional In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team.

This isn't a cold-calling job. We provide the appointments—you provide the professionalism, expertise, and closing ability.

• $500 weekly salary (this is a true salary, not a recoverable draw)
• Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of $80,000-$130,000+
• Our top-performing consultants earn over $130,000+
• Company-generated qualified leads
• No cold calling
• 3-5 scheduled appointments per day
• Average project value of $14,000-$16,000
• Typical closing ratio of 30-40%
• Company vehicle and gas card provided
• Company-issued laptop/iPad/Phone
• Full-time in-house Gas and Electrical installation teams

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.
• Evaluate each home's backup power needs.
• Design and present customized standby generator solutions.
• Build trust through a consultative sales approach.
• Prepare professional proposals and close sales.
• Guide customers through the process from contract to installation.
• Coordinate with office staff and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and project documentation.

• Minimum one year of successful in-home sales experience
• Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable using tablets, email, and CRM software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
