Job Description

Description:

Be Part of Something Radically Different

Holon Health is a healthcare startup reimagining what it means to care: for our clients, our partners, and our people. We provide whole-person care to individuals living with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or mental health concerns. We provide physical, mental, and social healthcare and our care teams are the best of the best. If you’re energized by purpose-driven work and want to feel good about how you spend your days, this role is for you.

Position Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Fulfillment Specialist to support Holon Health's Ambassador Program from our Louisville office. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. The Ambassador Program exists to encourage current clients to stay engaged in their care and to recognize their recovery efforts. One of the ways we do that is by sending clients a welcome kit. You'll own that process end to end: storing and organizing inventory, printing labels, packaging orders, managing shipping and tracking, and resolving any issues that come up along the way.

This role works on-site near our office in the Downtown area of Louisville, KY and is a great fit for someone who takes pride in getting the details right and wants their day-to-day work to have a direct, tangible impact on clients' recovery journeys.

What You'll Do

  • Own storage and organization of Ambassador Program inventory and welcome kit materials
  • Print shipping labels and prepare packages for outbound shipments
  • Package and ship client welcome kits accurately and on time
  • Track outgoing orders and proactively monitor shipment status
  • Manage the full lifecycle of orders, from intake through delivery confirmation
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve shipping issues or delivery concerns
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and flag restocking needs
  • Keep storage and packaging areas organized, safe, and efficient
  • Partner with the Ambassador Program team to ensure kits reflect Holon's care and attention to detail
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

What You Bring to the Table

  • Sharp attention to detail: accuracy matters when every kit represents Holon's care for a client
  • Highly organized, with a system for managing inventory, orders, and shipments
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable adjusting to shifting priorities and volume
  • Reliable and hands-on, comfortable with the physical work of packing and shipping
  • A problem-solver who takes ownership when a shipment or order needs troubleshooting
  • Motivated by meaningful work and Holon's mission of care and second chances

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus
  • Prior experience in fulfillment, shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or order management preferred
  • Comfort with shipping/carrier platforms and basic inventory tracking tools
  • Ability to work on-site near our Louisville, KY office
  • Ability to lift and move packages as needed for the role
  • Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor, no employee benefits included

The Holon Way

We’re not just building a better model of care. We’re building a better workplace. That means:

  • Space for self care, because you can't pour from an empty cup
  • Room to grow in a high impact, mission driven startup
  • A team that celebrates wins, learns from losses, and has your back
  • An on site environment where you actually get to know the people you work with
  • The flexibility and autonomy of a 1099 role, letting you set your own schedule and work on your own terms
  • Direct access to leadership and a real voice in shaping how we grow

Our Commitment to DE&I

Diversity, equity, and inclusion aren’t buzzwords here—they’re the foundation. We embrace the full spectrum of human experience and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. If you’re passionate about our mission but don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply.

Ready to do work that matters—on a team that sees you?
