This role offers the opportunity to build and enhance scalable, enterprise-grade web products within a highly technical engineering organization.
You’ll work alongside software engineers, operations engineers, product managers, and other specialists to solve complex technical challenges.

You’ll contribute across the software development lifecycle, from discovery and design through development, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Collaborate with software engineers, operations engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, maintain, and enhance high-quality software products.
• Build scalable, reliable, enterprise-class web applications and contribute to systems designed for high availability and operational resilience.
• Develop clean, testable, maintainable, and well-structured software in accordance with established coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Contribute throughout the Agile software development lifecycle, including project discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, investigate, and resolve complex software defects and system-level issues, escalating appropriately when additional expertise is required.
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing products, improve performance, enhance reliability, and better support enterprise-scale business requirements.
• Contribute to automation and engineering initiatives that improve development and operational efficiency.
• Participate meaningfully in technical discovery and help translate business and product requirements into effective engineering solutions.
• Mentor and motivate other engineers while contributing to a collaborative culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Support ongoing improvements to engineering processes, development practices, and software delivery workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field; BE, MCA, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
• 2–4 years of professional experience developing web-based applications at scale.
• Practical understanding of client-side JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience developing or consuming RESTful applications and APIs.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Familiarity with AI-first software development approaches and the ability to incorporate AI-enabled tools into engineering workflows.
• Experience working with command-line environments, Git, and other standard software development tools.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical issues systematically.
• Ability to write maintainable, testable code and apply sound software engineering practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within small, cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience with Docker containers and cloud infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes or OKD is a plus.
• Familiarity with Node.js, Python, PHP, or other backend technologies is an additional advantage.
