This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior Web Developer – AI & Commercial Automation based in Brazil.
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior developer who wants to build practical technology with a direct impact on business growth.
You will develop intelligent web applications and AI-powered agents designed to automate and improve commercial processes.
The role combines modern web development, cloud technologies, APIs, and cutting-edge AI coding tools.
You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand business challenges and turn them into scalable technical solutions.

- Build and maintain functional web applications and interfaces designed to improve commercial team workflows and efficiency.
- Develop, test, and integrate AI agents to automate processes, support sales data analysis, and enhance customer or internal interactions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, or similar solutions to accelerate development and improve delivery speed.
- Connect and maintain applications using cloud services, primarily AWS or Azure.
- Integrate internal and external systems through APIs, ensuring reliable and efficient data flows between platforms.
- Work closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Explore new AI capabilities and automation approaches to continuously improve commercial processes and applications.
- Solid knowledge of modern web development technologies and frameworks, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and independently work with external API documentation to build integrations.
- Familiarity with fundamental cloud concepts and services, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, or comparable solutions, including through personal or academic projects.
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles and the ability to design basic workflows involving large language models and AI agents.
- Fluent English, essential for technical documentation, international tools and APIs, and communication with global stakeholders.
- Strong curiosity, learning agility, autonomy, and an AI-first mindset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs for extracting, sending, or synchronizing commercial data is a plus.
- A GitHub or other portfolio demonstrating practical use of LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic is an advantage.
- Experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms integrated with code, such as n8n or Make, is a plus.
