Breakfast Cook

Prepare consistent, high-quality breakfast dishes and help create a welcoming start to each guest’s day.

• Prepare breakfast meats, eggs, vegetables, and other menu items using grills, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Follow recipes, cooking methods, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Keep the breakfast station stocked, organized, and ready for smooth service.
• Cook, plate, and garnish dishes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and handle food products properly.
• Hours vary between early mornings, weekends, and holidays based on resort needs.

Prep Cook

Support the culinary team by preparing ingredients and products with accuracy, organization, and attention to quality.

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other ingredients according to recipe specifications.
• Portion, batter, bread, season, and marinate food for upcoming service.
• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, quality standards, and kitchen procedures.
• Handle, label, store, and rotate food products properly.
• Stock kitchen stations and maintain sufficient product levels.
• Keep preparation areas, equipment, shelving, and refrigeration clean and sanitary.
• Hours vary between days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on resort needs.

Line Cook

Bring skill, speed, and creativity to the line while delivering consistently high-quality dishes during every service.

• Prepare a variety of menu items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other cooking equipment.
• Ensure every plate meets Cragun’s standards for quality, portioning, presentation, and garnish.
• Keep assigned line stations stocked, organized, and ready for efficient service.
• Portion, batter, season, cook, and plate food with consistency and care.
• Maintain a spotless, sanitary workstation and follow all kitchen procedures.
• Collaborate with the culinary team and assist with food preparation during busy periods.
• Hours vary between days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on resort needs.

Short Order Cook

Keep fast-paced service flowing by preparing fresh, flavorful dishes quickly, accurately, and safely.

• Prepare a wide variety of menu items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep stations stocked, organized, and ready to support smooth, timely service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation throughout each shift.
• Work closely with the culinary team during peak periods and assist with food preparation as needed.
• Primary work schedule of Fridays 1-11pm and Saturdays 11am-11pm; including holidays

• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and clear communication skills.
• Adaptability to rotate among stations or dining outlets.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A commitment to cleanliness, food safety, teamwork, and quality.
• 18yrs or older
