Teller-Part-Time in at Peoples Bank

The Part-Time Teller provides excellent customer service while processing routine banking transactions, promoting Bank products, and supporting daily branch operations in a safe and professional manner.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, night and mail-in deposits.
  
• Sell money orders, cashier’s checks, and other Bank services.
  
• Respond to customer inquiries and identify customer needs.
  
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and ensure cash security.
  
• Service ATMs as scheduled or as needed.
  
• Accept and route stop payments, address changes, and wire transfer requests.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Bank products and services.
  
• Ability to recognize cross-sell opportunities and support new account growth.
  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage time, adapt to changing situations, and remain professional under pressure.
  
• Flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
  
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
