What you’ll do

1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, and associated equipment.
2. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system performance evaluations to ensure reliable operation.
3. Respond to service calls efficiently while providing professional and responsive customer service.
4. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose and resolve issues.
5. Communicate repair findings to customers and provide appropriate recommendations for corrective action.
6. Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
7. Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

What we're looking for

1. High school diploma or GED required; HVAC or related technical certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service.
3. Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems effectively.
4. Hands-on experience servicing rooftop units (RTUs) and other commercial HVAC equipment.
5. EPA Certification required; Universal Certification strongly preferred.
6. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
7. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and efficiently manage multiple service calls.
