Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive IT Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day IT operations, supporting users, managing system access, and ensuring smooth execution of routine IT tasks and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to help keep our technology operations running efficiently. As part of your role, you will also contribute to innovative projects in drone technology.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations Coordination

Coordinate routine IT operational tasks such as system checks, updates, and user support workflows.

Assist with managing IT service requests and tracking progress through ticketing systems.

Maintain IT operations documentation, including procedures, inventories, and knowledge base articles.

Help ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices.

User Support & Account Management

  • Facilitate user onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup, hardware distribution, and orientation coordination.
  • Manage user access controls in accordance with company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between users and technical teams to ensure prompt and clear resolution of IT issues.
  • Track and maintain user records and asset assignments.

Technical Support 

  • Serve as first point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Provide remote and in-person support to staff.
  • Document support tickets and solutions in the company's knowledge base.

Software & Application Support 

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain company software applications.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and implement solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for software configurations.
  • Assist with software license management.

Qualifications 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or in the last year of university study, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or operations 
  • Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux/Mac/Windows) and user account management, admin privileges, and system administration
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts
  • Understanding of IT security best practices, troubleshooting and system operations 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, especially when under pressure; proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address issues
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities 
  • Interest in Cloud Infrastructure/AI
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team and startup environment
  • English language proficiency is on C1 level or native level

Preferred 

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) 
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) 
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices 
  • Experience with ticketing systems 
  • Good understanding of IT automation
