Job Description
Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team. This opportunity is serving our long-term care community located in Rochester, NY for 40 hours/week.
Enjoy one day of remote work each week with a flexible schedule and excellent pay!
Position Highlights
– Conduct clinical nutrition assessments
– Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
– Completing the MDS
– Calculate tube feeding
– Provide recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
Ideal Candidates
– Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
– State Dietetic Licensure
– Strong communication skills and a client-centered mindset
– Positive, professional attitude
