Bring Clarity and Care to Every Customer Interaction — One Email at a Time!
Do you have a way with words and a passion for solving problems? We're seeking a Seasonal Email Specialist to join our Customer Relations team and deliver fast, friendly, and effective email support to our valued web customers. If you take pride in crafting the perfect response and love the satisfaction of a job well done, this role is your perfect fit!
Position Summary: As an Email Specialist, you'll be the voice behind our written customer communications — resolving concerns efficiently, professionally, and (whenever possible) in just one email. Working Monday through Friday, you'll also lend your skills to Mail, Phone, and Marketplace support, helping ensure every customer touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence.
What You'll Do
- Resolve a wide range of customer concerns via email, with a focus on fast, one-and-done solutions
- Think on your feet — proactively troubleshoot tricky issues by partnering with the right teammates and departments
- Hit the mark on production and quality standards that keep our customers happy and our team thriving
- Step in for outbound calls when needed to help resolve customer service issues
- Help manage our online reputation by addressing customer reviews (including on platforms like Emplifi)
- Embrace variety by cross-training and taking on new responsibilities as needed
This is a role where your writing skills and customer care instincts truly shine — and where every email is a chance to make someone's day better.
What You Bring
- Excellent written grammar — this is a must!
- Comfort navigating email platforms (Outlook experience preferred) and websites with ease
- Microsoft Office skills are a nice bonus
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- A sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving instincts
- A flexible, positive attitude toward new tasks and responsibilities
- A collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
What Makes You Successful Here
- Attendance is crucial. Team members need to be dependable and work the shift they are scheduled for the success of our organization.
- Flexibility is valued. Order volume can call for extra hours, and we appreciate team members ready to step up.
- Quality is everything. We're all in on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Growth mindset welcome. You'll complete training and work toward meeting (and exceeding!) production goals.
- Adaptability wins. You may move between roles and processes within Customer Relations — and that variety keeps things interesting!
If you're ready to put your writing skills to work in a role that's both meaningful and dynamic, we'd love to welcome you to the team!
