We are not looking for a residential superintendent.
We are not looking for a general contractor PM.
We are not looking for someone that simply schedules subcontractors.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Building Envelope Project Manager that understands specialty exterior wall systems and can own commercial façade projects from turnover through closeout.
If you've successfully managed ACM, MCM, fiber cement, terracotta, architectural metal panels, rainscreen systems, exterior insulation, or other specialty cladding systems—we want to talk with you.

What You'll OwnYou won't simply "manage paperwork."
You'll own projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete project turnover
- Material procurement
- Shop drawing review
- Submittal coordination
- RFI preparation and management
- Project scheduling
- Budget tracking
- Change Orders
- Crew scheduling
- Quality Control
- Safety oversight
- Client communication
- Architect coordination
- General Contractor relationships
- Project closeout
- Warranty coordination

You should already understand- Reading architectural drawings
- Wall sections
- Cladding details
- Shop drawings
- Submittals
- RFIs
- Material takeoffs
- Commercial scheduling
- Procurement
- Field coordination
- Punch lists
- Quality control
Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar software is highly desirable.

- Independently manage multiple commercial façade projects
- Build strong relationships with our clients and general contractors
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Protect project margins through proactive planning and communication
- Mentor field personnel and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Help strengthen one of the fastest-growing specialty cladding contractors in the region

Preferred Qualifications- 5+ years managing commercial construction projects
- 3+ years managing commercial building envelope or specialty cladding projects
- Experience coordinating multiple active jobs simultaneously
- Ability to interpret architectural specifications and contract documents
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- $80,000–$110,000+ depending on experience
