JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
-
Responsible for bringing associated business lines and services (SHS and collaborating entities) together to create a safe and seamless patient experience across the continuum of care. Has direct reporting responsibility for identified business lines plus dotted line leadership of associated services with key partnership with SMG. Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and maintaining strategic initiatives and future planning to ensure SHS provides the appropriate, high quality and state-of-the art care in an effective and efficient manner.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
-
One (1) of the following required:
-
Master’s degree in a management or health related field plus five (5) years experience in service line or healthcare operations leadership.
-
Bachelor's degree in a management or health related field plus seven (7) years experience in service line or healthcare operations leadership.
-

Five (5) years staff supervision experience required.
-
Three (3) years experience working with physicians either in a supervisory or collaborative setting required.
-
Healthcare administration experience including strategic planning, budgeting and working with physicians required.
