You will work closely with creative teams to develop scalable ads across multiple formats, including video, static creatives, landing pages, and AI-powered content.
The ideal candidate combines strong marketing instincts with analytical thinking, using performance data to guide creative decisions.
You will play a key role in identifying new growth opportunities, testing innovative concepts, and improving campaign outcomes.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving environment where ownership, experimentation, and AI-driven workflows are central to success.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Creative Strategist will own the end-to-end creative development process, ensuring advertising concepts are strategically grounded, compelling, and optimized for performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct in-depth customer research, competitor analysis, and market exploration to identify new creative angles, messaging opportunities, and winning positioning strategies.
  • Analyze advertising trends, competitor activity, and performance insights to discover opportunities for stronger campaigns.
  • Develop high-converting creative concepts, scripts, briefs, and messaging frameworks for short-form ads, long-form video sales letters, AI-generated content, landing pages, and static advertisements.
  • Create detailed creative briefs that clearly communicate strategic direction, audience insights, and execution requirements to designers, editors, and copywriters.
  • Collaborate with creative production teams to guide asset development and ensure all deliverables align with the intended strategy and performance goals.
  • Review campaign performance data, identify successful patterns and improvement opportunities, and translate insights into new creative iterations.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, brainstorming, concept development, and content creation while applying strategic judgment to refine outputs.
  • Continuously test new ideas, formats, and messaging approaches to improve advertising effectiveness and scalability.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience in direct-response marketing, creative strategy, and performance advertising, with the ability to combine creativity, analytics, and AI-powered workflows. Required qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, Direct Response Copywriting, or a related field, ideally within DTC brands.
  • Proven experience developing successful Meta ad concepts and understanding the factors behind high-performing campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating directly with video editors, designers, copywriters, and creative production teams.
  • Strong understanding of advertising metrics, creative performance analysis, and data-driven optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically before execution and translate insights into clear, actionable creative direction.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • AI-native approach with daily experience using AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, and creative workflows.
  • Availability to work with at least 6 hours of overlap between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT+3).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with consumer brands in industries such as supplements, health, beauty, apparel, or lifestyle products.
  • Experience creating AI-generated UGC advertisements.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Ad Library.
  • Knowledge of direct-response marketing frameworks such as AIDA, PAS, and value-based offer strategies.
  • Experience using AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms.
Benefits:
  • Competitive monthly salary ranging from $3,000 to $4,500.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility across multiple locations.
  • 18 paid vacation days annually after successful completion of the probation period.
  • 5 paid sick days.
  • Health insurance coverage after 6 months.
  • International company retreat opportunities after 6 months.
