Direct and indirect patient care activities, Clerical duties include preparation, compilation, and maintenance of records as directed. Compliance with facility policies and procedures and with patient confidentiality.

Performance of direct and indirect patient care for patients, not limited to, but to include the following duties as directed:

• Take and record vital signs,
• Assist With the answering and responding to patient call lights
• Assist staff with patient hygiene needs and personal care functions,
• Linen changes and re-supply
• Run errands to other areas and departments as related to patient care.
• Assist nursing staff with providing patients with nourishments.
• Assist nursing staff with tasks appropriate for each patient's condition, e.g., enemas, track and records intake and output, etc.
• Assist With patient procedures as directed.
• Assist nursing staff with positioning patients for procedures.
• Communicate observed changes in patient's condition.
• Maintain work area and assigned areas and equipment in safe sanitary condition.
• Adhere to the dress code.
• Comply with the attendance and punctuality policy.
