Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging, qualifying, and managing prospective student leads while supporting the broader sales and advisory teams in building a strong conversion pipeline.

  • Engage with inbound leads through phone, email, and digital communication channels
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand student goals, motivations, and eligibility
  • Qualify and evaluate leads based on defined criteria and document insights accurately in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Schedule consultation sessions between qualified prospects and academic advisors
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, updates, and lead notes to ensure data integrity
  • Share relevant information and resources with prospective students and families
  • Support outreach campaigns, events, and follow-up activities when required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
  • Continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and understanding of international admissions
Requirements:

This position requires strong communication abilities, a structured mindset, and the ability to engage confidently with prospective clients in a consultative environment.

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, client-facing, or outreach roles preferred
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills with professional fluency
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound phone-based conversations
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work within defined workflows
  • Basic digital literacy with familiarity in CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred
  • High level of professionalism, curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
  • Exposure to education, admissions, or international student services is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to communication
