- Strategically plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Twitter/X Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve key metrics such as cost per conversion, lead volume, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct ongoing testing and optimization of creatives, ad copy, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and funnel performance.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve advertising effectiveness and lead generation outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to align paid media strategies with broader business and acquisition objectives.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, attribution models, and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
- Maintain strong oversight of campaign budgets, pacing, and scaling opportunities across multiple advertising channels.
- Identify emerging trends, platform updates, and optimization opportunities to keep campaigns competitive and performance-focused.
- Take full ownership of paid media performance and contribute strategic recommendations that support business growth initiatives.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated success improving conversion performance and scaling lead generation campaigns.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization strategies.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and performance-driven creative optimization.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and growth teams.
