  • Participate in release activities, including regression testing, release validation, and cross-team E2E testing when required.
  • Provide clear reporting, testing estimates, and feature demonstrations to stakeholders and teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance within Agile environments.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium and Java or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, including Page Object Model (POM) and BDD (Cucumber).
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and version control systems like Git or Bitbucket.
  • Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Postman and REST-assured.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and database validation (Oracle or similar systems).
  • Strong grasp of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance) and SDLC principles.
  • Experience using test management tools such as JIRA and Zephyr.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with performance testing, AWS services, or modern frameworks like Playwright is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote-first or flexible hybrid work environment.
  • Opportunity to work on global, high-impact digital products across multiple industries.
  • Strong focus on employee well-being, including mental health support and generous time off.
  • Career growth opportunities across diverse projects, industries, and technologies.
  • Exposure to a global engineering culture and collaboration with international teams.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture promoting collaboration and continuous learning.
