CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. Principal Responsibilities General building and equipment repairs and preventative maintenance Responsible for in-house maintenance of facilities Light carpentry, painting, electrical repairs and modifications Responsible for HVAC: heating, ventilation, air conditioning Ensure all refrigerated units are operational at all times Ensure all department Logs are properly maintained Ordering of parts via data bases and other administrative paperwork related to the position Availability to work during inclement weather, including but not limited to, snow removal. Miscellaneous maintenance duties deemed necessary by management Education and Experience 1 years experience in facility maintenance 1 certification (not licenses) in a work related areas: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, boilers, welding and/or carpentry preferred Safe work record, practice safe work habits, following Standard Operating Procedures Flexibility - able to react to changing priorities Must be able to work in small spaces and climb ladders' At least one weekend day availability (Saturday or Sunday) Possess a valid drivers license Pass a pre-employment drug screening and random drug screening (including Marijuana) LSG Sky Chefs employees are paid weekly and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days of employment that includes 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance, and employer paid Safety Shoe
