Employee Relations & Talent Partner in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at St. Clair Hospital

Summary

The Employee Relations & Talent Partner serves as the primary resource for employee relations within St. Clair Medical Group (SCMG) and leads talent acquisition efforts for designated positions. This role partners with organizational leaders to recruit, hire, and onboard Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and management-level positions while overseeing and coordinating physician onboarding to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Five or more years of progressive HR experience with significant employee relations responsibility.
3. Strong analytical skills and demonstrated success in conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations issues.
4. Experience recruiting professional-level roles
5. Strong relationship-building and employee engagement skills.
6. Work experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
7. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel software.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
2. Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc).
3. Prior professional experience and affiliation to a Human Resources Department in a healthcare setting.
4. Advanced knowledge in Excel
5. Experience recruiting healthcare professionals
