Job Description

Summary of Position:The Project Coordinator II is an experienced operational contributor who independently manages logistics coordination across multiple customer engagements. This role takes increased ownership of client communications, documentation, and scheduling, and proactively recommends process improvements within the delivery workflow. The Coordinator II works closely with Project Managers to ensure day-to-day project activities stay on track and clients receive consistent, professional service.Essential Functions:
  • Independently coordinate shipments, orders, andlogisticswith clients and vendors, ensuring on-time andaccuratedelivery across multiple concurrent engagements
  • Serve as a reliable customer point of contact for status updates on orders, deliveries, and ongoing project activities
  • Maintain and distribute comprehensive project documentation including schedules, action item logs, status reports, and meeting materials
  • Support Project Managers in client communications, escalation follow-up, and cross-team coordination
  • Identifyinefficiencies in coordination workflows and proactively recommend process improvements
  • Track purchase orders and coordinate operational expenditures in alignment with project budgets
  • Run reports and analyze project data to support delivery tracking and customer reporting
  • Provideinformal guidance and coaching to Project Coordinator I team members as needed
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to proactivelyidentifyand resolve delivery issues

Work Environment:This position is based in a professional office and warehouse setting and regularly utilizes workplace technology, including computers, smartphones, multifunction printers, cloud-based filing systems, and collaboration tools.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine and printer. Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.Required Education and Experience:High School Diploma; Associate's Degree preferred3-5 Years of ExperienceQualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience coordinatinglogistics, orders, and customer communications in a project delivery environment
  • Intermediate understanding of project management principles and delivery workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to client and internal audiences
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint, project tracking systems)
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities with limited supervision
  • Proactive problem-solving skills; ability toidentifyand escalate issues before theyimpactdelivery
  • Builds andmaintainsstrong working relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $26 – $43 per year.
