What You'll Do:

As the Claims Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the technical quality, compliance, and effectiveness of our claims operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise Claims Auditors and Lead Adjusters.
  • Conduct and review quality assurance audits to evaluate claims handling performance and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze audit findings, identify trends, root causes, and operational opportunities.
  • Develop actionable recommendations and written improvement plans based on audit results.
  • Partner with Claims Leadership to enhance quality standards, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistency in claim file reviews and quality measurements.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators including, Claims Quality, Loss Control, Loss Adjustment, Customer Satisfaction, Employee development and engagement
  • Support the design and implementation of customer experience measurements, including surveys and Net Promoter Score initiatives.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining claims procedures, training materials, and best-practice guidelines.
  • Provide technical coaching and training based on audit outcomes.
  • Support testing and implementation of new processes, systems, and reporting enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements.
  • Stay current with insurance regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support Aspire's digital transformation initiatives by leveraging data and technology to improve claims outcomes.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Manage employee performance, coaching, scheduling, and professional development activities.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience.
  • Prior Claims Supervisory or Claims Management experience.
  • Deep technical expertise in Property & Casualty claims handling.
  • Experience handling: Bodily Injury Claims, Property Damage Claims, Subrogation Claims
  • Strong knowledge of claims compliance, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze quality assurance data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and insurance claims systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience developing employees through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Successful completion of a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Non-Standard Auto Insurance.
  • Experience building quality assurance programs, audit frameworks, or compliance initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational improvement efforts.
