Position Summary
The Sales Operations & Marketing Manager serves as the catalyst for improving sales effectiveness by leveraging technology, marketing, customer engagement, and business intelligence. This role helps remove barriers to selling, enabling our sales team to spend more time with customers while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Primary Responsibilities
· Champion Arcadium CRM adoption and support the Truck Sales team with opportunity management, customer follow-up, quote creation, and pipeline maintenance.
· Generate targeted prospect lists and outbound marketing campaigns.
· Manage Coast Counties Peterbilt's social media presence and digital marketing initiatives.
· Publish the Coast Counties Peterbilt Quarterly Newsletter.
· Coordinate customer events, promotions, and dealership marketing activities.
· Maintain inventory listings across the dealership website, Truck Paper, and other marketplaces.
· Train customers on SmartLINQ and promote adoption of connected vehicle technologies.
· Develop the Coast Counties Peterbilt Platinum Circle of Support customer value program.
· Analyze CRM activity, pipeline performance, sales trends, and key performance indicators; provide executive reporting and recommendations.
· Support strategic sales initiatives through market research and business analytics.

· Increase CRM utilization across the sales organization.
· Strengthen customer engagement and communication.
· Improve digital marketing effectiveness.
· Increase visibility into the sales pipeline.
· Provide meaningful business intelligence to leadership.
· Enable sales professionals to spend more time selling and less time on administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years working in a Heavy Duty Equipment Dealership; 2+ years supporting sales, marketing, or business operations; strong Microsoft Office skills; excellent communication and organizational abilities; valid driver's license. Preferred: CRM experience (Arcadium, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar), digital marketing, Canva/Adobe, business analytics, and heavy-duty truck or transportation industry experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $75,000–$100,000 annually (DOE). Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, professional development, and career advancement opportunities.
