This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Rostering Coordinator (NDIS/Healthcare - For Pooling) based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to support healthcare and NDIS providers by ensuring the right people are scheduled for the right shifts at the right time.
You will take ownership of day-to-day rostering activities while balancing staff availability, client requirements, and changing operational priorities.
The position requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to urgent scheduling needs.
You will communicate closely with support workers, clients, and management to maintain reliable workforce coverage.
Your work will directly contribute to smoother operations and consistent service delivery within the healthcare environment.

Accountabilities
  • Create, coordinate, and maintain staff rosters for NDIS and healthcare providers, ensuring appropriate workforce coverage across scheduled shifts.
  • Monitor staffing requirements and proactively address gaps, availability conflicts, and scheduling constraints.
  • Manage last-minute roster changes, cancellations, and urgent staffing requirements while maintaining service continuity.
  • Communicate with support workers and clients to confirm availability, shift details, and scheduling arrangements.
  • Update rostering systems and maintain accurate, timely records of schedules, staff availability, and shift allocations.
  • Coordinate with management to optimise workforce allocation and ensure staffing resources align with operational needs.
  • Monitor roster changes and follow up on outstanding scheduling matters to minimise disruptions.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination, or workforce planning, preferably within NDIS, healthcare, disability support, or a related environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail when managing multiple shifts, workers, and scheduling requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with support workers, clients, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make practical decisions when unexpected scheduling changes arise.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise urgent requests while maintaining routine rostering activities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and remain composed in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Familiarity with rostering, workforce management, or scheduling software is advantageous but not required.
  • A proactive and reliable approach, with a strong commitment to accurate scheduling and consistent service coverage.
