Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects, including Web Intelligence or Crystal Reports, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction logic to support reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis.

  • Manage multiple reporting solutions and concurrent projects across different business areas while communicating progress, risks, and priorities to senior stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, data processes, dashboards, and overall business visibility.
  • Ensure reporting solutions follow established standards and best practices for stability, reliability, and availability.
  • Think beyond immediate reporting requests by anticipating additional information and visibility needs that could help stakeholders make better decisions.
  • Represent the North American operations function effectively across organizational levels, including senior leadership and international teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, or another related quantitative field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business or operational data analysis involving structured datasets and stakeholder-facing reporting deliverables.
  • At least 1 year of experience designing and developing reporting solutions using SAP BusinessObjects, including Web Intelligence or Crystal Reports, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience writing SQL queries, stored procedures, or other data extraction logic for reporting and dashboard development.
  • Experience working with relational databases and validating data accuracy across multiple source systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to validate reporting results against transactional or source-system data and investigate data mismatches.
  • Experience developing operational KPIs, performance metrics, scorecards, or similar analytical measures related to quality, service, cost, productivity, or business performance.
  • Strong ability to collect, document, and translate business reporting requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Experience coordinating with IT and business stakeholders on reporting tools, data access, reporting distribution, and related technical needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent reporting and analytics workstreams while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand the underlying business context behind data.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and communicate project status to senior team members.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

  • Opportunity to work across multiple business functions and brands in a data-driven operational environment.
  • Exposure to SAP BusinessObjects, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and diverse operational data sources.
  • Opportunities to contribute to business improvement initiatives and develop reporting and analytics expertise.
