Call Center Associate in Schaumburg, Illinois at ACME

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Answers incoming calls from tax preparation locations

2. Answers questions and provides direction to ensure the customer receives their return in a timely fashion

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 months experience in a call center environment/customer service environment
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Must be and flexible change assignments as needed
• All shifts are Monday-Friday with the varying shifts: 8a-5pm, 9a-6pm, 10a-7pm, 11a-8pm or 12p-9p.
