This is a high-earning opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who knows how to lead technicians, diagnose complex repairs and keep a busy luxury service department operating at the highest level.

• Lead, support and mentor Audi automotive technicians
• Assist technicians with complex diagnostics and difficult repairs
• Help prioritize and dispatch repair work efficiently
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality and repair accuracy
• Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and technical troubleshooting
• Support factory repair procedures and Audi technical standards
• Work closely with Service Advisors and management
• Help develop technician skills and maintain a high-performance shop culture
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately and efficiently

• Experienced Audi Shop Foreman or Automotive Shop Foreman
• Audi or European luxury automotive experience strongly preferred
• Master Technician or senior-level technician experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop automotive technicians
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
