Available Position:

Our Technology and Data practice is currently seeking an ERP Systems Analyst who shares our passion for helping our clients build exceptional companies. AG partners with our client’s management and operational teams to meet their business goals and bring scalability and automation using technology solutions.

The ERP Systems Analyst brings technology expertise to our clients and is able to operate both at strategic and tactical levels. You will serve as the trusted adviser to our clients to help them overcome business and operational challenges through the use of technology. At the same time, you are ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the implementation details with your team. Your focus is not limited to just software, but to also recommend process improvements to address key role and skill gaps, and system implementation and support processes. To sum it up, we provide end-to-end ERP consulting services that define and realize technology solutions to support our clients in their continued growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working on client engagement teams to perform ERP assessments, map/optimize business processes, capture business requirements, define work plan, and help to drive software selection and implementation projects
• Collaborate with the project manager to plan and execute project work deliverables
• Partner with our clients and act as a translator between business and technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology)
• Strong technology and analytical skills
• Demonstrated communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in working with client service teams
• Able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently under tight deadlines and pressure
• Prior experience with ERPs (e.g. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics etc.) is a must
• Knowledge of CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end ERP system implementation in a consulting environment
• Experience in core Finance and Accounting, knowledge of Operations/Supply chain, and/or Sales.
• Extensive knowledge in General Ledger, AR, AP, Fixed asset, Budget, Cash & Bank Management, Project accounting and COA.
• Business process modeling and defining user stories/requirements/use cases
• Self-starter, creative, and thrives under limited supervision
• Project management, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management is a plus
