What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to guide them toward the right vehicle
• Lead test drives and walk customers through vehicle features, technology, and value
• Present pricing and financing options with clarity and honesty
• Stay in consistent contact with prospects and past customers to grow a lasting client base
• Keep CRM records up to date and respond quickly to leads from the web, phone, and walk-ins
• Provide a customer experience that drives strong satisfaction scores, repeat visits, and referrals

Compensation

• Base hourly wage plus a transparent, performance-based commission plan that includes retroactive per-unit commissions that escalate with monthly volume
• Back-end bonus commissions on F&I gross that scale with volume
• CSI bonus tied to customer satisfaction scores at or above district benchmark
• Per-product bonuses on Vehicle Service Contracts, Maintenance Contracts, and GAP
• Mid-month draws against anticipated commissions; reconciled monthly

What We’re Looking For

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine drive to help people
• Coachable and competitive, with a willingness to follow a proven sales process
• Availability for a standard dealership schedule, including weekends and some evenings
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, digital retailing tools, and everyday tech
• No automotive sales experience required — we provide complete training for the right candidate
