Front Office Supervisor in Loveland, Colorado at Renascent Cascade LLC

As the Front Office Supervisor, you will work closely with hotel leadership to ensure smooth daily operations, outstanding guest service, and a positive team environment. • Supervise and support Front Desk Agents during all shifts.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and development of front desk staff.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and help maintain brand service standards.
• Ensure accurate guest check-ins, check-outs, billing, and cash handling procedures.
• Perform night audit and front office duties as needed.
• Assist with maintaining occupancy, room inventory, and rate integrity.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support revenue goals by promoting hotel amenities and guest loyalty programs.
• Maintain compliance with Wyndham and company operational standards.

• Previous hotel front desk experience required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems (experience with Wyndham systems is a plus).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable, professional, and guest-service oriented.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
