You will influence roadmaps, optimize live workflows, and ensure platform capabilities deliver measurable business and clinical value.
This is an opportunity to build a future-ready clinical data foundation within a collaborative, remote-first healthcare technology environment.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Technical Product Manager will bridge strategic business objectives and core clinical data platform capabilities, driving product decisions from discovery and solution design through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with business owners to establish a shared vision for clinical data problems, constraints, priorities, and desired outcomes.
  • Advocate for product strategy and clearly communicate priorities, trade-offs, and solution approaches to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize live user workflows and platform capabilities using performance metrics and internal user feedback.
  • Work with internal teams and end users to understand requirements, evaluate technical solutions, test hypotheses with data, and support execution.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data analysts, clinical informaticists, and other technical stakeholders throughout product development.
  • Write detailed user stories that clearly capture business rationale, functional requirements, technical considerations, and measurable success criteria.
  • Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps that maximize value while managing technical and operational risk.
  • Support the expansion of clinical data ingestion, normalization, standardization, and interoperability capabilities.
  • Help identify and productionize AI/ML solutions that extract meaningful clinical insights from unstructured data and improve data quality.
  • Contribute to platform capabilities that support Medicare Advantage and other downstream healthcare use cases.
  • Ensure clinical data products are scalable, reliable, and designed to support future AI and analytics innovation.
  • Apply product management and Agile methodologies to drive execution, iteration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with deep technical understanding of healthcare data, clinical workflows, interoperability, and modern data platforms.

  • 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing healthcare technology products.
  • Experience using data analysis and primary research to inform product and solution design.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working with Agile and Scrum teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate understanding of EHR data integration and standards, including FHIR, QRDA, CCDA, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CPT, and RxNorm.
  • Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical datasets, including demographics, financial data, encounters, laboratory results, diagnoses, and medications.
  • Understanding of clinical workflows across inpatient, ambulatory, and ancillary care settings, including how information is captured and used within EHR systems.
  • Experience working with EHR, practice management, revenue cycle, or population health platforms.
  • Experience with clinical datasets, patient record linkage, data integration, and interoperability across clinical, administrative, and claims data sources.
  • Experience applying NLP and/or machine learning techniques to extract structured clinical insights from unstructured data such as clinical notes, CCDAs, or scanned documents.
  • Experience with clinical data pipelines covering ingestion, normalization, mapping, and standardization.
  • Familiarity with software development environments, version control systems, and basic coding or scripting languages.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large healthcare datasets using PostgreSQL or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Databricks, Spark SQL, Delta Lake, and data pipelines for processing and analyzing large-scale clinical data.
  • Strong project management and change-management capabilities, with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.

Benefits:

  • Remote-first work environment with flexible work schedules available for eligible roles.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with up to 80% of premiums covered for employees, dependents, and domestic partners.
  • 21 days of paid time off during the first year.
  • Two paid volunteer days and 11 paid holidays.
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents.
  • Six weeks of paid sabbatical after six years of service.
  • Educational assistance and clinical employee reimbursement programs.
  • 401(k) plan with up to 4% employer match.
