This is a senior SAP consulting opportunity focused on warehouse management, inventory control, and material movement processes.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
The role combines requirements analysis, solution design, SAP WM configuration, integration, documentation, and testing.
You will help optimize inventory processes across receiving, storage, transfers, and shipping while promoting accuracy and operational efficiency.
The position requires a strong understanding of how SAP WM interacts with other modules and business processes.
You will also contribute to structured testing and ensure that implemented solutions meet functional and operational expectations.

As a Senior SAP WM Consultant, you will be responsible for translating inventory and warehouse management requirements into practical SAP solutions. You will support solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and documentation while ensuring that system processes align with business requirements and inventory management best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand inventory and warehouse management requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for SAP implementation teams.
- Design inventory management solutions aligned with business requirements, best practices, and inventory control standards.
- Lead the configuration of SAP WM, particularly within the Inventory Management (IM) area.
- Define and maintain relevant material types, units of measure, inventory valuation strategies, and material movement parameters.
- Implement and optimize material movement processes covering receiving, storage, transfers, and shipping.
- Ensure inventory processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with operational requirements.
- Support effective integration between SAP WM and other SAP modules.
- Analyze dependencies and potential impacts across integrated SAP processes.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation covering system configurations and business processes.
- Plan and coordinate testing activities to validate implemented solutions.
- Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing.
- Identify and address functional issues discovered during implementation and testing.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in warehouse and inventory management processes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a senior SAP professional with strong experience in warehouse and inventory management processes and the ability to translate business requirements into robust system solutions. You should be comfortable working with stakeholders, leading configuration activities, and supporting implementations in complex SAP environments.
- Senior-level professional experience as an SAP WM consultant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP WM and Inventory Management processes.
- Proven experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional SAP specifications.
- Experience designing and configuring SAP WM solutions.
- Understanding of inventory control, stock management, and material movement processes.
- Experience with receiving, storage, transfers, and shipping processes within SAP.
- Ability to configure relevant SAP WM/IM parameters according to business requirements.
- Experience integrating SAP WM with other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience planning and supporting integration and user acceptance testing.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
