Develop user guides, FAQs, quick-reference materials, and training content, and deliver training sessions for employees and managers.
- Data and Payroll Accuracy: Review and validate employee time entries, absences, schedules, and related records to ensure data is complete and accurate. Support payroll processing by monitoring data transfers and resolving discrepancies between workforce management, payroll, and HR systems.
- Integration and Data Monitoring: Monitor integrations between the time & attendance platform, Payroll, and HRIS systems to identify data issues or disruptions. Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to investigate and resolve integration-related problems.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce standard and ad-hoc reports covering attendance, overtime, leave balances, compliance metrics, and other workforce management information. Use reporting insights to identify discrepancies, support decision-making, and improve operational processes.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases for system upgrades, patches, enhancements, integrations, and new functionality. Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, document defects, and coordinate with technical teams and vendors to validate fixes.
- Implementation and Project Coordination: Support system implementations and enhancement projects through requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities. Track assigned actions, participate in project meetings and workshops, provide status updates, and support post-implementation reviews.
- Continuous Improvement and Compliance: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, system usability, and operational efficiency. Support compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and applicable agreements while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee information.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to resolve issues, coordinate activities, evaluate solutions, and support effective service delivery. Contribute to service improvement initiatives and help ensure technology investments deliver expected business value.
