- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, market management, technical sales, commercial strategy, or a related discipline within travel technology, aviation, or B2B travel.
- Strong understanding of the travel distribution ecosystem, including airline distribution, GDS, NDC, low-cost carriers, and B2B travel technology.
- Demonstrated experience bringing new products, features, or services to market, from positioning and messaging through sales enablement and commercial execution.
- Experience working directly with enterprise sales teams as a subject-matter expert, strategic partner, or co-seller on complex technical solutions.
- Ability to transform market intelligence, pricing data, technical specifications, and competitive insights into clear and actionable commercial strategies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to engage executive-level buyers and explain complex technology in terms of business value.
- Experience working with API-based products or other technical B2B solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms is a plus.
- Strong commercial judgment, analytical thinking, and understanding of enterprise buying processes.
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, cross-functional environment where responsibilities span commercial strategy, product, technology, and sales.
- Highly proactive and self-directed, with the ability to take ownership of a go-to-market initiative from strategy through execution.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build credibility with sales, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Remote working opportunity within Europe.
- Significant ownership over the go-to-market strategy and commercial growth of an established B2B flight product.
- Direct exposure to enterprise customers and strategic sales opportunities.
- Opportunity to influence product roadmap and future flight capabilities through market and customer insights.
- Global working environment with colleagues and customers across multiple markets.
- Opportunity to work at the intersection of travel technology, APIs, aviation, and emerging AI-driven travel experiences.
- Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment combining startup agility with an established product and customer base.
- Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a global travel technology infrastructure platform.
