Restaurant Team Member in Brockton, Massachusetts at Cape Cod Cafe

The Italian Kitchen of Brockton is looking for a reliable, energetic team member to work in both our kitchen and customer service areas. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing great service to our guests.

Monday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Thursday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Approx. 22 hours per week

• Greet and assist customers
• Take orders using our POS system
• Answer phones and process takeout orders
• Prepare food items and assist with kitchen production
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Stock products and supplies
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service

• Available to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Previous restaurant, kitchen, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience using a POS system
• Comfortable working in both the front and back of the house
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
