Enterprise Sales Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Sales Representative based in India.

As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing enterprise customers within the Banking, NBFC, and FinTech sectors. Working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, you will build lasting client relationships, understand business challenges, and introduce innovative lending solutions that create real value. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in enterprise sales while collaborating with experienced professionals across sales, product, and technology teams. Whether you are beginning your career or have early sales experience, you will gain valuable exposure to the financial services industry, sharpen your consultative selling skills, and contribute directly to business success.

Accountabilities:
  • Identify and research prospective customers across the Banking, NBFC, and FinTech sectors using multiple lead generation channels, including outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and professional platforms.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by qualifying opportunities, understanding customer business needs, and managing prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and consultative engagement to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and discussions with key stakeholders while supporting senior sales professionals in advancing enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of lending technologies and effectively communicate the value of enterprise software solutions to prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and opportunity tracking within CRM platforms while preparing activity reports and pipeline updates.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the financial services ecosystem while participating in client visits and business travel when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Consistent academic performance with a minimum of 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA) throughout 10th grade, 12th grade, and graduation.
  • 0–2 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, customer success, relationship management, or similar customer-facing roles; motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of integrity and accountability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and digital productivity tools.
  • Exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, Banking, NBFCs, FinTech, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions is considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, product demonstrations, and business development activities.
