  • Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams, including finance, contracts, billing, subcontracts, and operations, to ensure business objectives, financial plans, and project goals are achieved.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor Estimates at Completion (EAC), Estimates to Complete (ETC), financial forecasts, and quarterly planning activities to support accurate project performance management.
  • Participate in project risk management by maintaining risk registers, assessing cost and schedule impacts, supporting contingency planning, and identifying mitigation strategies.

  • Prepare meaningful metrics, dashboards, and management reports that provide timely insights for project stakeholders and leadership.
  • Assess the financial impact of project changes, schedule adjustments, and evolving business requirements to support informed decision-making.
Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, forecasting tools, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project forecasting, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling principles and risk management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Costpoint, Cognos, Oracle EPM, Primavera, ERP systems, or Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating leadership potential in a remote environment.
  • Must qualify as a U.S. Person.
Benefits
  • Remote full-time position within the United States.
  • Competitive salary ranging from $74,800 to $130,900 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

  • Flexible work schedule supporting work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for professional development, career advancement, and long-term growth.
