Location: 13520 Mercury Drive, Laredo, TX

Department: Facilities Maintenance Job Status: Part-Time Reports to: Site Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED required.

EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

QUALIFICATIONS:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Basic computer skills and abilities to operate and utilize current diagnostic tools.

Physical Requirements:

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid work history and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

You will need to follow all correct and proper PPE requirements such as but not limited to, wearing a reflective vest, shirt, or jacket, and steel toe shoes or shoe coverings when needed. You will also need to maintain any and all safety certifications and standards necessary as set by management.
