We're currently seeking friendly, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our Hawksburn store. Opportunities are available across multiple departments, with full-time, part-time, and casual roles available depending on experience and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service;

• Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases;

• Operate registers and process transactions accurately;

• Maintain store presentation and merchandising displays;

• Replenish stock and assist with stock management;

• Support general store cleanliness and maintenance; and

• Assist with manual handling and customer carry-outs as required.

About You

• Passionate about customer service;

• Reliable, hardworking, and well-presented;

• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment;

• Strong attention to detail;

• Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team;

• Willing to learn and take initiative;

• Hold a Victorian RSA Certificate (or be willing to obtain one); and

• Must be available to work Saturdays and at festive periods (Christmas and Easter).
