In this role, you will define and execute technology strategies, oversee critical platforms, and align IT investments with long-term business objectives. You will serve as a key bridge between business leadership and technology teams, driving innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation. • Develop and execute the division’s IT strategic plan and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, enterprise initiatives, and future technology trends.
• Partner with senior business leaders and technology executives to define priorities, evaluate investments, and create risk-based business cases for technology initiatives.
• Lead the evolution of IT platforms, including infrastructure, telecommunications, ERP systems, applications, cybersecurity capabilities, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency, support innovation, and enable business growth.
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, ensuring technology solutions align with business operating models, strategic goals, and long-term objectives.
• Oversee technology planning, project prioritization, resource allocation, and funding strategies to support successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional technology projects, driving collaboration, change adoption, and continuous improvement across business teams.
• Manage and develop IT resources through effective leadership, coaching, performance management, and team development practices.
• Analyze business and technology data to identify opportunities, assess risks, and support informed decision-making.
• Communicate complex technology concepts, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading technology teams or business technology functions.
• 5+ years of experience in information technology operations, enterprise systems, or related technology environments.
• 10+ years of experience as a senior technology or business professional.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing strategic technology plans, roadmaps, KPIs, and enterprise technology models.
• Strong experience with enterprise architecture principles and applying technology frameworks to support business strategy.
• Proven experience managing technology initiatives, organizational change, budgets, and resource planning.
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise IT systems, including telecommunications, applications, programming, cybersecurity, finance systems, compliance, customer-facing technologies, and mobile platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, consensus building, conflict resolution, and influencing across teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
