Executive Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Executive Recruiter based in India (Remote).

As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support U.S.-based clients in identifying and attracting high-quality talent across multiple industries. You will take ownership of active searches, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines to meet diverse hiring needs. Through proactive headhunting, direct outreach, and structured candidate assessments, you will connect qualified professionals with opportunities that match their skills and experience. You will collaborate closely with U.S. executives, hiring managers, and recruiting teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Your work will span industries such as healthcare, engineering, technology, construction, and legal services, giving you exposure to a variety of recruitment challenges. This remote opportunity offers the chance to strengthen your recruitment expertise, work independently, and contribute directly to clients' business success. You will join a collaborative, performance-driven team that values accountability, high-quality execution, and continuous professional growth.

Accountabilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for active vacancies, partnering with U.S.-based clients and recruiting teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through omnichannel headhunting strategies, including direct calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, job boards, and targeted recruitment initiatives.
  • Recruit candidates across multiple industries, including medical and healthcare, engineering, technical, construction, and legal sectors.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously develop candidate pipelines to support current and future recruitment needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess professional experience, technical qualifications, career interests, communication skills, and overall suitability for each position.
  • Generate candidate interest through personalized outreach, compelling job postings, and effective communication of role requirements and career opportunities.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and U.S.-based clients, ensuring efficient scheduling, timely follow-ups, and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide structured candidate evaluations and clear, actionable feedback to hiring teams to support informed selection decisions.
  • Create, edit, and publish job descriptions tailored to U.S. market expectations, client requirements, and the needs of specific roles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, recruitment activities, and search progress in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Projects, and internal databases.
  • Explore and implement new sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and outreach strategies to expand talent pools and improve candidate quality.
  • Support recruitment operations through timely documentation, consistent communication, and diligent follow-up with candidates and clients.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining organization, responsiveness, recruitment quality, and progress toward hiring objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of professional recruitment experience, including hands-on experience recruiting candidates for U.S.-based positions in either an agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and U.S.-based executives.
  • Practical experience with candidate sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, pipeline management, and recruitment coordination.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other candidate sourcing and recruitment management tools.
  • Ability to develop targeted sourcing strategies, identify relevant talent, and engage candidates through personalized outreach across multiple channels.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, motivation, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple vacancies, competing priorities, and recruitment deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with strong ownership, initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust, maintain professional candidate relationships, and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to write and refine clear, accurate, and engaging job descriptions suited to the U.S. employment market.
  • Willingness and availability to work early-morning or overnight shifts aligned with U.S. time zones, with weekends off.
  • Adaptability and a continuous-improvement mindset, including the willingness to explore new sourcing methods, learn recruitment technologies, and expand responsibilities as experience grows.

  • Performance-driven culture: Work in an environment that values accountability, execution, recruitment quality, and consistent results.
