This role sits at the intersection of digital analytics, business strategy, and emerging AI-enabled insight generation, helping clients transform raw data into actionable decision-making frameworks. You will work across marketing, product, UX, and engineering teams to design measurement strategies, improve data quality, and uncover insights that shape both immediate optimizations and long-term digital transformation. The environment is highly collaborative and client-facing, blending hands-on technical execution with strategic advisory work. You will be responsible for translating complex datasets into clear narratives that guide experimentation, personalization, and performance improvements. As the organization evolves toward AI-augmented analytics, you will also help define how automation and machine-assisted insights are embedded into delivery practices. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, building scalable measurement systems, and influencing stakeholder decisions through data. Your work will directly impact how organizations understand users, improve experiences, and measure success.
In this role, you will design and implement end-to-end analytics frameworks that ensure accurate measurement across digital products, marketing channels, and customer journeys while enabling actionable insights for business and product teams. You will lead stakeholder discussions to translate business goals into structured data strategies, develop dashboards and reporting systems, and ensure data integrity across platforms. You will also play a key role in experimentation strategy, helping define hypotheses, analyze test outcomes, and recommend optimizations. In addition, you will contribute to AI-enabled analytics initiatives, helping identify opportunities to automate insights, enhance reporting, and improve analytical workflows.
- Design and implement digital measurement frameworks across web, mobile, CRM, and marketing platforms
- Conduct analytics audits, tagging reviews, and data quality assessments
- Build dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools using BI platforms
- Translate business objectives into tracking, KPI, and insight requirements
- Develop and analyze A/B tests, experimentation programs, and CRO initiatives
- Troubleshoot data pipeline, tracking, and integration issues across systems
- Apply AI-assisted tools for insight generation, anomaly detection, and reporting automation
- Partner with engineering and product teams to improve data architecture and instrumentation
This role requires deep expertise in digital analytics, data interpretation, and measurement strategy, ideally gained in consulting, agency, or enterprise environments. You should be comfortable working with large and complex datasets, building analytical models, and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong hands-on experience with analytics platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools is essential, along with a solid understanding of experimentation and conversion optimization. Experience with AI-enabled analytics or modern data automation workflows is highly valuable, as is the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of digital measurement, funnels, KPIs, and event-based tracking
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and experimentation frameworks
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into clear business narratives
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics or automated reporting workflows preferred
- Remote-first work environment with flexible scheduling
- Competitive compensation package
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage
- Disability insurance and additional supplemental benefits
