About the Role:
The Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for clients seeking veterinary care for their pets. The Veterinary CSR is responsible for maintaining accurate client and patient records, processing payments, and coordinating communication between clients and veterinary staff. Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries regarding appointments, services, and general pet care information.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule veterinary appointments using practice management software.
- Maintain and update client and patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and assist with insurance claims as needed.
- Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff to ensure timely follow-up and delivery of care instructions.
- Provide compassionate support to clients during stressful situations, including emergencies or sensitive medical discussions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory management, ordering supplies, and preparing client education materials.
